2. Eligibility

3. Products, Descriptions, and Pricing

We sell new and certified refurbished enterprise hardware including servers, workstations, and networking equipment. We make every effort to accurately describe our products, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, specifications, or pricing are error-free, complete, or current.

• All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price.
• Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.
• Images are representative; actual products may vary in cosmetic condition, especially for refurbished units.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is not confirmed until you receive a written order confirmation from us.

• You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• We accept major credit cards, ACH/wire transfer, and purchase orders from qualified businesses.
• Payment is due at the time of order unless other terms have been agreed upon in writing.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all 50 US states and select international destinations. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Warranty

All refurbished products sold by Parker Onm Technologies LLC come with a standard 90-day limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. New products carry the manufacturer's warranty.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or improper installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Products with removed or altered serial numbers
• Software, data loss, or compatibility issues

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in original condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns. Defective items are covered under our warranty program. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete details, including how to obtain an RMA number.

You agree not to use this website to:
